From a restorative to a classic approach, I am both group and individually inspired with a vast array of approaches. Come explore how “slower is faster” in classic and supported dynamic sequences that weave augmented movement and therapeutic options to target certain goals and to support injuries or skeletal variations.
Regardless of the class, I have found B.K.S. Iyengar’s declaration, “Inversions and backbends are the elixir of life” to be true both for myself and for even my most fragile or nervous students. In every type of class, as the “prop queen” I am inspired to work with you to find just the right set up that meets you where you are. I’m a general dentist with a deep passion for aesthetic medicine. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario’s Schulich School of Dentistry, I gained extensive clinical experience across Alberta and British Columbia, treating diverse patients in both small communities and urban centers.
While practicing dentistry, I developed a special interest in facial esthetics—especially in how subtle enhancements can restore balance, confidence, and natural beauty. This led me to pursue advanced and comprehensive training in aesthetic Botox and dermal fillers through the World-renowned Derma Institute.
Today, I focus on helping patients achieve refreshed, confident appearances through safe, precise, and natural-looking cosmetic treatments. I believe aesthetic care should be as individual as the person receiving it—always tailored, never rushed, and rooted in professionalism and empathy.
Seeing my patients smile not just with their teeth, but with genuine self-confidence, is the most fulfilling part of what I do.
